Absolute Detail does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 18, you may only use our services under direct parental or guardian supervision.
Our website or communications may reference third-party services or sites. Absolute Detail is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of these providers. Inclusion does not signify endorsement.

Absolute Detail operates in the United States. If you access our offerings from abroad, you are responsible for legal compliance in your jurisdiction.

Our Auto Detailing advice, estimates, and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim any warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability or suitability for your purposes. Absolute Detail is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use or inability to use our services, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
We aim to complete all jobs promptly. Most Auto Detailing is finished same-day or next-day, but timelines depend on the nature and extent of repairs or installations. We strive for timely, communicative service. Access to work areas during our normal business hours is required:

Absolute Detail reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for violations of these Terms or applicable law. We may also cancel appointments or jobs at our discretion with prior notice.
These Terms are governed by Syracuse, NY law. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Syracuse, NY.
Absolute Detail reserves the right to update these Terms. The most current version is available on our website or upon request. Continued use signifies acceptance.
